Take Out Your Batteries..

Holla!
Been a while since our last sharing in this blog..
This one is going to be a short one tho.

First, I want to ask you.. Do you know that batteries can leak?
Well, if you don't. I'm telling you now that they do.

Batteries often leak if they experience over voltage, over temperature or a bad battery cell.
So it is best to store your batteries in room temperature or as suggested on the packaging.
Battery leak can cause damage to your electronics.
You can see if your battery is leaking if it is wet, not water but something oily like and it smells like rust. And when it is dry, you can see powdery surface..

If it is not serious (only around the battery place), you can clean the powdery surface with a little vinegar or lemon juice and NEVER use water.
And it is serious if the leakage already reach the motor or inside of your electronics, better consult it with the expert or worst.. toss and buy a new one :p

So, the tips for today is to keep your Instax camera (or other electronics) long lasting :)
1. Never expose or store your electronics in a high temperature area.
example: keeping camera in your car while you often park it outside under the sun.
2. When you feel like not using your camera for a long period of time, it is better to take out the batteries instead of keeping them inside the camera.

I hope you'll find today's tips useful :)
